Bugfix: Fix invalid FSS Read unit test expectations for fss-0002, when using -C and -e.

This is just like b0f127837b39ab1cc7902723c3f6d8b5db2e2d53.

The test is testing empty content and counting the columns.
This should actually report 1 for basic list (fss-0002).
