Bugfix: Fix invalid FSS Read unit test expectations for fss-0002, when using -C and -e.

This is just like 4029546883d9138e92decbd4149399f9fa46d7e5.

The test is testing empty content and counting the columns.
This should actually report 1 for basic list (fss-0002).
