Bugfix: Mistakes in the IKI specification.

Explicitly describe the colon `:` (`U+003A`).

The escape sequence is before the colon `:` (`U+003A`) and not the close bracked `]` (`U+005D`).

The example should be using `bold` and not `strong`.

The specification file names are incorrectly named (should be `iki` and not `fss`).
