Add prepend functionality to all write programs. - for FSS-0000 (Basic) and FSS-0001 (Extended), this does nothing. - for FSS-0002 (Basic List) and FSS-0003 (Extended List), this prepends the start of multi-line content with some whitespace. Begin working on the FSS-0003 (Extended List) write functions and programs. - At this time, the extended list write is only implemented partially. - I will focus on the recursive aspects later. Add the "complete" processing to the basic list content (and now extended list content) write functions. - Includes updates to the newline handling as appropriate.
