Cleanup: use correct numbers in x4 calculation

The calculation for palm (60) * 4 is 240 and not 160.
This is likely the result of a copy & paste oversight.
(Most recipes use 40 for palm.)

Cleanup: reword readme minor version description

Import: Add all current recipes in their current state, including README.txt and Quick Reference

There are likely typos, copy and paste errors, and mathematical mistakes that need to be fixed.
In particular, I had updated the recipe but not updated the calculations (TODO's were explicitly added in some of those cases).
